Remember to fix fuel gage

Saturday after Alex's soccer practice we went out on the boat. It was a great day for it and while driving down to the marina I thought about the fuel level. Probably time to fill, let's stop at the fuel dock I told the kids. Well we didn't make the fuel dock, we ran out half way there. Well, well, we went on to do our sailing trip and upon returning to the marina we had to sail her in to the dock. This is the third time we ran out of fuel this year, people has started to call me a show off since it is now more likely that we will sail in rather than motor.

Any how, Fia and I went down Sunday with some fresh diesel and an other gorgeous day for sailing. We got the engine running and off we went on a full day on the water. We went about 5-10 miles offshore. I always let Fia steer when we dock which makes my fellow marina patrons a bit nervous. So far she has a perfect docking record.

Alex was home with mom, not feeling well. Around midnight he had extreme difficulty breathing and he did not respond to his medicine. So mom had to rush him to the emergency room for steroids and this time he will receive them for five days straight. Poor little fellow.
