At church they are collecting clothes and
hygiene articles for Haiti who has been hit 4 times by
hurricanes so far this year. The poor people doesn't have much to start with and I'm sure even less now. The church has a contact person in Haiti so 100% of things donated will get distributed by him. Marta took this to heart and spent yesterday afternoon collecting things no longer used in our household.
Well, what can I say. 4
enormous bags and 2 boxes of
children's clothing and 2 bags of shoes that filled up both cars trunks later, I'm pretty sure we dressed half of Haiti's children under
the age of 4.
Boy does that feel good.
Our
beautiful little Sofia was
so proud delivering it this morning.
